Cantem respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what data we collect, why, and how you keep control of it.
Who is responsible
CANTEM SAS, registered in Paris under RCS 840 396 154, 24 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France. Contact: contact@cantem.fr.
What we collect
When you fill the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone (optional)
- Your project type and message
- An optional attachment (brief, document)
We also collect anonymous technical data (page visited, browser, time spent) for audience analytics, only if you accept cookies via the banner.
Why we collect
- To answer your request (legal basis: pre-contractual)
- To send you a quote or service information (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- For audience analytics (legal basis: consent)
We never resell your data. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form: 3 years after last exchange
- Customers: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum
Who sees your data
Only the Cantem team. Our technical subcontractors can access it for their service:
- Hosting: Coolify (dedicated EU infrastructure)
- Email: Google Workspace
- Database: PostgreSQL hosted in EU + Supabase for media
Some of these services may be based outside the EU (United States). In that case, transfers are framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Access your data
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Object to processing
- Request portability
- Withdraw consent for cookies
To exercise these rights, write to contact@cantem.fr. We answer within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can also file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
Cookies
The site uses a minimal number of cookies. A banner asks for your consent on your first visit. You can change your choice anytime via the footer link.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. We limit access to people who need it and log every consultation.
